Why work with me?

Hi, I’m Jack, a Sport Scientist and Exercise Physiologist. I have 9+ years of experience helping athletes, from ambitious amateurs to experienced Olympians and Paralympians, train smarter and hit their performance goals. I was formerly an Exercise Physiologist with the UK Sports Institute, working with the Great Britain Olympic Rowing Team, and now specialise in endurance training, creating evidence-based, bespoke plans that balance exercise and recovery. I believe in making smart training-based decisions and not just pushing hard all the time for the sake of it.

With my large toolbox of adaptable sessions, every workout can be tailored to your goals, schedule, and motivation. Whether your aim is to train more consistently, increase your FTP, win your next race, or simply make training more fun, I can help you.
