How training plans work

After purchase, you'll get a link to my Athlete Questionnaire — fitness, history, goals, schedule, equipment. Your plan is built entirely from that, not a template.

You'll also receive instructions to set up a free TrainingPeaks account.

Your training plan will be built in TrainingPeaks (please allow up to 5 working days).

Your training plan will then sync directly to compatible devices (e.g. Zwift), ready for you to begin training.

Please note: training plans do not include ongoing coaching or feedback.

What level of athlete is this for?

All levels — from beginners building a base to competitive athletes fine-tuning performance. Your plan is built around your current fitness, not the other way round.

Do I need a power meter?

No. I'm flexible and plans can be built around heart rate or perceived effort. If you do have a power meter, I'll use it — but it's not a requirement.

I've never used TrainingPeaks — is it complicated?

Not at all. The free version is all you need. I'll help you get set up before your plan arrives.
