By purchasing or using a training plan, you confirm that:

  • You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your participation.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Jack Brown Endurance makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Performance improvements

  • FTP increases

  • Race outcomes

  • Injury prevention

Progress depends on individual physiology, adherence, recovery, lifestyle, and other external factors.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jack Brown Endurance shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or damages arising from the use of training plans or participation in exercise activities.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful.
