To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jack Brown Endurance shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or damages arising from the use of training plans or participation in exercise activities.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful.
