Sport Scientist and Exercise Physiologist coaching Zwift cyclists and rowers, backed by 10 years in Olympic-level sport.
For over a decade, I worked as an exercise physiologist in high-performance sport, supporting Olympic-pathway athletes through training design and day-to-day monitoring. At the UK Sports Institute, I used training monitoring, longitudinal tracking and performance testing to guide decisions — regularly translating complex data into practical, actionable guidance for athletes.
Coaching, to me, is about more than the numbers. I place a strong emphasis on communication, education, and building trust — making sure every athlete feels supported and cared for throughout the process. That's the same approach I now bring to Zwift cyclists and rowers.

The best plan is the one you can actually stick to. I build training plans to optimise consistency, balancing training with recovery.
I encourage making smart training decisions — not just pushing hard for the sake of it. Every session has a purpose.
Athletes respond to training differently. Every plan is built around you. Your data, your goals, and your life — not a template with your name on it.
