Hi, I’m Jack — a Sport Scientist and Exercise Physiologist with 10 years of experience working with athletes from ambitious amateurs to Olympic and Paralympic medallists.
I was formerly an Exercise Physiologist with the UK Sports Institute, working with the Great Britain Olympic & Paralympic Rowing Team. I now specialise in endurance training, creating evidence-based, individualised plans that balance training with recovery.
I believe in making smart training decisions — not just pushing hard for the sake of it.

Yes. After purchase you’ll receive a link to my Athlete Questionnaire, which covers your current fitness, training history, goals, weekly schedule, preferences, and available equipment. I build the training plan from that - nothing is copied from a template.

No. Your training plan is built and delivered inside TrainingPeaks - sessions are fully structured workouts with warm-up, intervals, and cool-down, all set to specific intensity zones. It syncs directly to Zwift and other devices (e.g. Garmin) so your targets show up automatically on your screen when you train. No spreadsheets, no guesswork.
